He excels in Organization Development and Human Resources. He has widely travelled in Asia and Africa and is passionate about working for children.

Arpana, is a seasoned trainer, and has experience of developing manuals and materials for capacity building of trainers. She has extensively travelled for educational projects and research in India.
Particularly to the rural and tribal areas including, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Bihar, and Karnataka and internationally to South Africa, Laos, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Uganda, Vietnam, and Bangladesh.
She holds a Master’s degree in Community Resource Management & Extension from Lady Irwin College, University of Delhi.

Dr Harvinder Singh Bakshi, brings with him almost five decades of rich experience which embraces program management, training, partnership development, strategy formulation, communication and advocacy and resource mobilization including building and nurturing CSR partnerships.
He spent major portion of his career at HelpAge India, the premier age care organization and later headed Global Cancer Concern India (GCCI)as its Chief Executive Officer. During his leadership, GCCI, was honoured by Kerala Government and by Punjab Government
Holds a PhD degree in Sociology, and has Post Graduate qualifications in Journalism and Industrial Relations.
He is also the winner of the prestigious Indian Achievers’ Award 2020 for CEO of the Year (social category).
Dr. Ranjana Srivastava is a renowned expert in Education and Development with over five decades of experience. Her expertise covers areas like Education Planning, Policy, Finance, Social and Rural Development, and Employment & Skill Development. She has worked on major educational programs, including the District Primary Education Program (DPEP), Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA), and Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan (RMSA).
Dr. Srivastava held senior positions at key institutions such as the National Institute of Educational Planning and Administration and the Department of Education (MHRD). As Head of Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation at the National Institute of Open Schooling, she was instrumental in setting up open schooling systems across India.
She has also worked with international agencies like the World Bank, UNICEF, and the European Union. Dr. Srivastava holds a PhD in Education from the University of Delhi along with multiple degrees in Economics and Education. She has received advanced training from UNESCO and Harvard.
Kathy, is a qualified teacher by profession, based in Perth, Australia, and is extremely passionate about working with children, especially those who are pushed into vulnerabilities due to local situations.
She left mainstream teaching and chose to teach in the New Arrivals program. Here she had the privilege of working with children from diverse cultural backgrounds, including those children, who had fled war and overcrowded refugee camps to start new lives in Australia with their families.
Kathy spent quality time teaching English to teachers and students, during her annual visits to CFH Learning Centres. She continues to be a mentor and it is our honour to have Kathy with us.

He is passionate about developing user-centric digital products and works for international agencies and clients like Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Panasonic and General Electric.

Alexandra is passionate about using her skills as a designer to make a positive impact on the world, and she is always looking for new challenges. She works for international agencies and clients like Olympus, Dräger and Jungheinrich.
Both Alexandra and Volker have been regular annual visitors to CFH centres. They are passionate about working with children and have together designed and organized numerous workshops at CFH centres to foster creativity, resilience and self-esteem of girls. Some of the workshops include Kids and Cameras, Art classes, Mask making, and English Communication.
