The art courses from Concern for Humanity (CFH) are about giving the students space to let off steam creatively.

Art is not given too much importance in everyday Indian school life. And yet creative expression is an important building block for personality development, because wishes and hopes can be formulated here as well as fears can be expressed. That’s why we always offer creative challenges to our children of different ages.

PAINTING AND DRAWING

None of our students have learned anything about perspective or light & shadow at school. And none can distinguish between gouache and watercolor paints. In our art courses you learn all the important basics with comprehensible worksheets, a lot of patience and space to try out the material yourself.

1-3 point perspective, construction of shapes, depth through shadows and texture. Once these basics have been conveyed, you can go outside to try out what you have learned on a living object.
